Prototyping

One thing I learned in school was test, test, test, and then test some more.

Well after much testing and riding I'm confident to say the SnakPak is ready for sale!
I've chosen to use a 'single piece' of 1000D Cordura for the body. Within the body are
.0020" plastic panels to strengthen the Pak. The panels allow for light weight with a
semi-rigid function. The interiors are fully lined with a contrasting color material.

Spearfish

As in a Salsa Spearfish. Finished this bag for a customer with an 18" Spearfish frame.
This bag also has an external pocket and velcro straps to secure tent poles.
Template is now on hand.

"Got the bag.  Fits very well.  Great attachment points.
I got out for a rough technical ride and the poles didn't move at all."-Brad

Thanks Brad!

A Frosty Hump Day

Got out for another early morning singletrack session with Scott in Evergreen.
Conditions were chilly and slightly foggy. Everything was covered in a frozen dew.
Made for some interesting riding, but lots of riding none the less!

Snak Pak anyone?

Finished what I'd like to call the 'Snak Pak' (others call it a gas tank) Utilizing UPcycled
inner-tube middle section. Clean, Water-resistant, and very 'green'

Ultimate commuter setup?
I'd like to think so. One Snak Pak and Small frame Pak make for an efficient and clean commuter....

Not this snack pack.....although it is the greatest!

Work flowing in

A couple of bags for customers I spent time on this weekend.
Decided to incorporate the use of old bicycle inner-tubes as internal downtube padding/protection.
Not only does this help quiet down any internal shifting, but it's UPcycling a product at its best!
Kevin, yours is nearing completion!

Getting ready for final stictching

Introducing UPcycled inner-tube: internal padding

Alvin's bag all stitched, ready for final trim

Almost ready for delivery

Also found time to ride in the springs on Saturday.
Wow, just wow
