SnakCan_seatpost version

I was recently asked to make a SnakPak to Mount on the seatpost/toptube.
The result is a 1/3rd skinnier version of the SnakPak, aka the SnakCan!
The shape retains the height and length of the original SnakPak, but only 2" wide.
